My both kids going to drs here always got treated so well ...we always love going there .we always felt like our kids were in good hands ..Dr ranjani panithi is been biggest blessing for my kids .Thanks for all your care to our kids .I wouldn't go anywhere else .Thank you so much.
The phone customer service for this medical facility is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately, they are not willing or able to help resolve any situations. I have made my payment, but they claim I have not. I have my bank records and transaction details as proof. If they continue to harass me about their payment, I will be forced to take legal action since they are not willing to resolve their own accounting mistakes.
This is my second year in a row. Getting surgery at this center ( same grate service both times) and I give them 5 stars because the staff from beginning to end was very friendly, informative, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They kept asking if I had any questions to make sure I was ok. I love that the doctor and anesthesiologist came in to say Hi before the surgery.They asked if I had any questions and they explained how the surgery was gonna go and what they would be doing during my surgery.
