I have to go into this building once a week and the steps up to the front door are so steep and I have a bad knee and can only go up the steps one at a time slowly, and the hand rail is metal and since it's summer, its over 100°, the hand rails are searing hot to hold and the handles are up against the building front wall and not easy to use.
