I've been going to see Dr. Langlois for over 13 years. He is a very easy going doctor and specializes in chronic pain issues. I've been to many different pain management doctors and langlois fit like a glove for me. I finally found a doctor who doesn't want to throw opiate pain medications atcha. I've had a pain pump for 12 years and it works wonders. They are very low doses of opiate pain medications that work for me putting it in my control. Showed up to my appointment 15min early and they showed up late from lunch .Building looks abandon found out later from the receptionist the Dr owns the building and they are the only ones in business there..hard to find even though my gps announced I arrived at my location,the sign was hidden by overgrown bushes I thought maybe I was at a different location they have moved I kept calling no answer no address was announced on answering service I waited around until I saw a car pull that bent high speed people jumped out and ... read more

Horrible. My meds needed to be upped. I had an entire appt that i had to pay for to up the amount. The prescription was not updated. I called and they said they would talk to the ma and shed call me. No call. After a few days i called again and talked to the ma. She said shed figure it out and call me back. No call. I waited a few days and called again and was told that they would try to get in contact with the dr(who works in the building?) Just want to start off by saying that this dr’s office was weird from the first time I stepped foot in the office. The lady in the front was always discombobulated. Always looking for paperwork and when I turned in my new patient paperwork I received a call a few days later stating that I didn’t meaning they lost my paperwork with all of my personal information on it.
