Absolute junk. Everything Wendy said I am going through. I am only on this insurance because my husbands company laid him off last year (oilfields) and this is by far the worst treatment I've ever experienced. This company needs to be sued. They are hurting people. I am glad I am not a heart patient or I would have already died under their care. They deny everything under the sun. Do not expect to get the medications that you need and be prepared to fight them every step of the way. If you have a debilitating health issue you can be assured that you'll have a very long road of grievances with Kern Family Health Care. They promise to call back, never do, they come up with a reason to deny medications and when you combat whatever lame excuse they've used to deny you medication(s) they'll then switch up the reason why they are denying it.
