If I could put zero stars I would. Customer service doesn’t not exist at this place. They never answer the phone. Today I was placed on hold then they picked up said hello then put me back on hold until the call ended by itself. Even when they do pick up- they hangout quickly and are super rude. They also kept rescheduling my appointment.
NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. THEY NEVER TAKE CARE OF PRESCRIPTIONS OR REFILL REQUESTS.
Staff here is EXTREMLEY lazy!!!! Cant even answer phones and do their job!! Cant call RXs in communication sucks here they need to hire some grown ups!!Waiting on hold for 20 min to be sent to answering machine ridiculous! This used to be a great practice but has really gone downhill. Go somewhere else that actually cares about your well being and health!! This is exactly what a Dr shouldnt be
I am trying to reach the front office and have tried several times using different prompts and I keep getting hung-up on. TERRIBLE service. I also work in healthcare and this is abhorrent. Shame in this facility not fixing this ongoing issue that so many have shared the same experience.
Too hard to make an appointment. This is the United States not Cuba right?
