Julie cortes is an amazing doctor and listens to all my concerns. However, there is a lady that schedules follow-up appointments at the front desk that is EXTREMELY RUDE. Her desk is the one located before you exit the door. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude because I needed to update my insurance. She said I should have checked the box that stated that on the paper when I checked in... which I DID but nobody ever called me up to the desk to fix it when I first arrived for my appointment. As all the previous reviews, do not waste your time. They absolutely do not answer their phone calls you can only leave a message and they do not return phone calls. It’s such a shame because I really liked my doctor Julie Cortez. However, if I cannot get a hold of her from my prescription, there’s no point going there. I do not recommend this company at all.

You can’t make an appointment, the phone line runs you in circles. They prescribed me the wrong medication and now I’m sick and trying to reach Out to them before this becomes a law suit but they don’t even answer the phone. But I’m sure a lawyer will so
I would not recommend that doctors refer patients to this clinic. In my experience, the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and my appointment was canceled just one day beforehand. I hope the doctor in charge takes these concerns seriously and addresses the staffing and customer service issues. The clinic’s two-star Google rating should be a wake-up call. Patients deserve respectful communication, reliable scheduling, and professional treatment.
