I have done 2 of 3 root canals that I need. My dentist didn't want to do them but KDS made it seem routine. 2 different doctors and both seem to have done an excellent job.
Went their in December; did not enjoy experience. Now their trying to bill me again for services that never happened. Wouldn't even have given them the 1 star if I didn't need it to do this post.
Went for a root canal and halfway through the procedure nurse points out to dentist that the tooth is cracked and will need to be extracted, after drilling the hole in my tooth. They have me come back next day for extraction and mess my gum up and scratched it during the extraction. Rush me out the door soon as it's done and are charging me for a crown and bridge I didn't get. They are phantom billing me which is blatant violation of the false claims act. I was very impressed with this business, from the front desk, to the nurses to the Doctors. They are very passionate about their business and treat patients very well.
