Well, these folks were always awesome in the past. We used them every single year for the last 4 years for septic service. Today we were told they were so busy they couldn't get us in...indefinitely (best estimate was a month). As a disclaimer, we were told if we did 1/2 of the job ourselves then they could possibly come out, so there was that offer. huh?? Good to hear they are so busy. Disappointing there is no loyalty apparently though for return customers who have used them when they weren't this high in demand.
