They are very helpful in the crisis unit except one nurse doesnt like you to cry or wail when you need to. Otherwise they try their best to help you. This you crisis center and staff.

my son had to get off parole first which is understanble when he did he went for help 8 times to these people each time was turned away he was in crisis what does it take for them to help you ??? you have to be in hospital ordead?? he went again and this time received letter from them they could be of no help!!!!! what is the problem ??? I wish I new.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually don't get back to me for at least a few weeks. They really need to check their messages more often.
