I volunteered at the shelter on Fruitvale. I found they give their animals excellent care. Be grateful. A private home is best but where would they all go if the shelter was not there.

Had a sick feral but sweet little kitty in my backyard, I took her in thinking they were just going to euthanize her, but these wonderful, amazing people gave her medical care, spayed her and gave her back to me! On top of that, I was thinking she was going to be angry because she’d been in there about 3 weeks, she was ecstatic to be back i her yard! Thank you guys for all you do!!
