Recommendedit's a nice community.Mostly Elderly residence The managers take good care of the grounds and are friendly and do their job well.
Was denied housing here after filling out an application. Had over 200k in the bank and was on unemployment. My gf had a job out of town also as extra income but they said she worked to far away. Met a woman selling a house for over a year and no one could get approved to even buy her mobile home for 100k so she ended up paying a ton of money in rent space for an unoccupied dwelling. Hopefully your experience won't be so bad.
