I have worked with Randy Franz for several years on multiple commercial properties. He has always provided excellent service and an unmatched professionalism that was very appreciated. One of the many things that made the experience of working with Randy was his willingness to take the time to explain the appraisal.
I would give this appraiser a 0 if I could. Horrible appraisal and only gets paid due to beauracratic red tape. I would not have chosen this company but was at the mercy ofor my lender.
