One star for their finance department. Got overcharged 400$ for my surgery in January. Found out by accident 4 months later cause my health insurance was charging me more money for the surgery. Called to ask, spoke with nice guy who said they’d refund my credit card of mail a check. Two weeks later nothing. I called and the lady (Jackie) told me the refund was not initiated.
