Just left with a carry out order. The French fries were not done when I arrived home. The cashier had the worst attitude ever, very unprofessional and rude. Considering the pandemic and restaurants requesting support from communities, they need to tighten up their business.

my server was terrible, just rude didn't check on me NOT once, and when I left I complained to the manager and the rude server came and stood right next too her and rolled her eyes, so unprofessional!!! will NEVER BE BACK.
The floor manager needs training in customer service! She was rude and disrespectful. Heard me say “Jesus” under my breath and had the nerve to say...”Yeah, that’s the one to call”!!!! Rude!!!! My God, my money.
I arrived a little before 1pm. My friend was seated at a dirty table. She said no one had come to clean it. I found a busboy who was standing looking into space if he could clean the table. He looked at me like I'd asked him to....do his job! He wiped the table and asked us if the dirty cups and napkins were ours! He left the table wet, so we dried it ourselves. The food came. Horrible service. If you get Shawn (or Shawnesha?) be prepared for her to provide slow service, no refills and not to be found for 20 minutes
It's very unfortunate that a senior citizen who can't order the size meal she can actually eat. My mother wanted the kids coney combo because she can't eat a regular size fry or drink a regular size coke. Way to lose customers! I sure hope that extra $3.00 you charged someone who lives on a fixed income and didn't want to throw away food was worth it!
