Very rude staff at service department front desk
Called in the afternoon for passing by the next day before noon with an issue with A/C .from arrival to depart 4 hrs . Thank you Guys for the good service. Came here before and will come again. Keep up the Good work
Was promised by afternoon. Past 8pm Brian service manger unapologetically hadn't even begun work. The drivers lounge where I waited 6 hours had no A/C and it was 104° outside. Was told it was a misunderstanding but he walked in the lounge and saw me waiting 4 hours before. Very unprofessional. Very dissapointing.
This is a great shop. They communicate, and work hard to take care of their customers.
I arrived at this shop at about 1:30 p.m. or 2, in the afternoon of May 19. I waited only one hour and a technician took my truck and had it for maybe just an hour and fifteen minutes . A new coolant temperature sensor was replaced. As well as all codes were cleared and uh, everything was in good condition. I give this place two thumbs up, everyone was very kind to me.Thank you
