Only for pet owners with no other options & large families – This place is only nice if you can stand extreme cold, broken down things, & shady staffing that picks & chooses who to act nice to. Yes the apartments are over 50 years old, but they could more than make up for it by giving excellent customer service, but they fail at doing this.
