Ken does good haircuts. The only thing that messed up my experience was that he put his finger on my lip. I’ve been going to Barbershops my whole life and have never experienced something like that. Ever. Fingers don’t go on lips no matter what barber service you’re providing .
Completely butchered my son's hair. I specifically said before the cut began "scissor top" and FULLY discussed why, bc of all of his cowlicks. The first thing the girl did was take a #2 clipper across the top of my son's head. My son is 8yrs old and completely embarrassed to even go to school tomorrow. Worst experience ever at a "barber shop"!
