I made payments every time I received an invoice. I was out of the country since mid-July and didn't order any bottles since then. In September, they emailed me an invoice stating I still have some amount left to pay. It was strange to me, but I trusted them and thought okay, maybe I forgot to skip some deliveries or the skipping was unsuccessful, and I paid again. This Crystal Water customer service is the worst kind I ever experienced. I ordered at Costco and got water dispenser and two bottles9Oct. 30). Then a week later I canceled the membership and wanted delivery service to pick up water dispenser and bottled. I made more than 10 calls to make sure that a delivery truck to pick up. But every customer service agent's message is very robotic. Crystal Springs has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life hands down! There delivery and pickup system is also horrible and completely unorganized. I really have no idea how they are still in business. They never respond to emails as I have been trying to get them to pick up my bottles for well over a month now even after 9 different conversations with them promising it would be done and approximately 6 emails with not one response. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

6 months back I complained and they resolved the matter and the water delivery was good till date. Again , it was supposed to deliver the water last week and daily am getting an email - "we are going to miss you". and the worst customer care . previous time , they gave some email and I tried to send the email this time and no response. Only went for deep rock, because its a part of Costco. I think its time to cancel their services (never care about customers).

I have been trying to pay my outstanding bill for the last 4 days. I have called all of the customer service numbers, and now I'm emailing the corporate office. First, I was never advised that my account was sent to collections. I was unable to make payments on time because my husband and I had COVID19 twice now, we have been in and out of the hospital, and have been out of work. since early March. I've never received before this bad customer attention, combined with lack of interest in keeping the customers. We're a small business located in Hialeah for 30 years. Due to County and City regulations, we closed for three months (COVID-19). In this period we didn't receive any invoice, of course. I've decided to write a review every time Crystal Springs / DS Services misses a delivery. It's cathartic response of having to call their customer service. They have now missed 4 deliveries in a row without notification. After the third delivery in a row, I cancelled my account. They were supposed to pick up my equipment yesterday, but obviously, and quite expectedly they didn't show up. Worst Customer Service Experience EVER! I had told to stop services and my account was at Zero, then they went to deliver another bottle and I told the deliver person to stop and take it back, I had suspended my account until further notice so I wouldn't get any more charges from them. I have had Alhambra Water for 8 yrs. Always sticklers for pmt that day. I paid it 3 days after due date. I am given a week extended due date because my credit is excellent. So they are not sending me water because I was 3 days late. I have never really spoken to a real person in the 8 years I had them. Well, this was it finally. CoVid, no regard to others.
