never used service but was charged for goods...when i called to resolve the issue they said to call my credit card company because they couldn't refund my card ....because I dont have a account... I said that's the reason im calling you are charging me and i dont have a account ...customer service wasn't willing to halp
I cancelled service as they stopped delivering on a reliable basis a while back. It was an ordeal to schedule a delivery, and after scheduling, no one would show up. I still have a cooler from them that was scheduled to be picked up several times, one one showed up several times. I offered to drop it off myself, they will not let me do that either. My wife and I have been getting water delivery from Sierra ********************** for the last 4 years. Recently they have been leaving Primo Spring water instead of the sierra ****************** water. we contacted the customer service number after finding a Huge Spring in the 5 gallon water bottle with a rust spot in the bottle that we had just used. I have been trying for MONTHS to return my water cooler equipment after being hounded down by a Sparkletts debt collector that I owed money. Money for services I wasn't even getting. I called the customer service line 5 times on different days to try and reach someone with no success. I then tried to cancel my service to a different property and can't cancel my account no matter how hard I try. Due to covid, when signing up for my subscription at Costco, no paperwork was provided. I always seemed to miss the delivery person so had to call in to ask about my payment since I saw no statement via mail/email. I called in, was provided my account number and was then advised to set up the account online. when I did so, I found my account had been suspended due to lack of payment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! They owe us over $100 in credits (they were charging us an additional cooler for over a year). I called so many times in a span of one year AND NOTHING. They won't give back our money!!! I keep getting reps who have a hard time understanding and dont know what they are doing. HORRIBLE SERVICE I tried for 8 WEEKS to cancel my service and have them come pick up their water cooler. Spent hours on hold waiting for a CSR to get on the phone, only to get the run around. Every time I called I asked for my account to be closed and it seems no one at this company knows how to do that. Save your sanity and buy your water elsewhere.
I had an account with Water.com, aka Primo Water, aka DS Services. Our last water delivery was a while ago and we had something like 12 bottles sitting in our home. So when it came time to start ordering again, I couldn't access my account online. I decided to call after emailing the support people (and getting no response). The lady on the phone told me that my account had gone to collections even though I had received NO mail or phone calls. They literally had ALL of my info and know exactly where I live.
