With no request from us, nor acceptance of any offer, they started delivering plastic cups with each delivery. We naturally thought they were giving these to us. This company is a rip off. They tell you they are charging you $7.00 and then charge your account $50.00 and you can wait for a week or more to get a credit. I cancelled my account immediately on discovering the over charge and excuse they gave and they refused to transfer me to a supervisor. No where on their order page did it say they were going to hold $50.00 until they got around to refunding it.

On January 10th we closed our account due to inconsistency of deliveries. They were suppose to pick up empty water jugs and cooler on January 19th they never showed. I have called numerous times and they keep giving me a new date to pick up jugs and equipment. I spoke with a rep from Vallejo, Ca who said they would be picked up by Friday March 2nd, and guess what, the jugs and water cooler are still sitting on our property. Every delivery date there was an issue... I want 5 bottles a delivery, period, whether I used 3, or 5, deliver 5! They would drop off the amount of empty bottles I had out every time except once! I had two dispensers break and the lat on - two weeks ago was supposed to be a change out and 5 bottles. They did leave 5 bottles but took the dispenser and did not leave a new one. 2 months with no service, no calls and no emails from them. A dozen calls from us over the 2 months. They promise to deliver and never do, frustrating since they are a delivery company. Zero concern for their customers. We have been customers for 3 years.

Horrible customer service , we continuously tell them that we only want 1 delivered at a time and yet again they delivered 2. Then they like to charge late fees because you don't pay the amount but had they followed directions the amount paid wouldn't have late fee. They deliver so they can either charge us more or to not follow simple dang instructions

I wish I could say one positive thing regarding this company, but unfortunately it's been a negative experience from the beginning. I signed up at Costco. At the time I was told I would be hearing from a representative in 3 days. Never did hear from anyone, until they started delivering over a month later, with 3 more bottles than I requested. These people sent my account to a Collection agency ?! I closed this last September (in Phoenix), they picked up the equipment and extra water and the billing was complete. I had the service for my son who had terminal cancer. When he had to go to the hospital, we cancelled the service. NOW, I get a letter from a collection agency. I have been a customer over 14 years and on auto bill the whole time. I call to ask why i haven't gotten my water and they say my account is closed and they couldn't help me. All i wanted was my water and they said there is noway to fix it you have to call collection.
