1 star rating is too generous for this company. I signed up trhu Costco for their Alhambra water delivery services. If I started listing all the issues we've experienced with them, I could write a book! In short: Expect your water NOT to show up on the day they tell you they will deliver. I saw an offer for bottled water delivery at ****** around May 2017 signing an agreement that included rental of a water cooler and a number of bottles of water per month. The total was around ten dollars a month. About September they sent me a bill for an additional 40 dollars for water they never delivered. I paid that sum after explaining that the water was never delivered because they told me that I had to pay for the bottles themselves. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Regardless of what you order, they always deliver a different amount of bottles. Now I have cancelled the service and have made MULTIPLE calls to have the equipment picked up and they never show up. When you call the 1-800 number it is a call center where you will get a complete run around, you can never speak to the distributor locally. I had a filter/dispenser set up at my location. In Oct of 2017 I received an invoice with a late charge which I disputed and they waived. After that phone call I never received another invoice from them Today I was contacted by a collection agency saying I owe the almost $2000.00!!! Never seen anything worse than this company. I got the service from local Costco and thought it would be good. It turned out to be horrible. The come every 2 weeks to deliver water regardless you set skip or not online. When you call them they just tell you they are sorry but they can't do anything about it. We set service up at our yard in Nunn, Co. the billing address was set up incorrectly the service location does not have a mailbox and or employees that sit in an office all day to receive mail. We signed up for Hinckley Springs at our local Costco. We were guaranteed a set price and peace of mind that it wouldn't go up. Well, it looks they go back on their word and this is consistent with the reviews I have read on-line. Their customer service is terrible and we've been hung up when we question the increases in our bill. The bill increased without warning.
