An elderly friend of mine who is home bound call them , which I might add she has used them for twenty five years! It was hot her air conditioner broke it was 95 degrees in the house, they came out told her it could not be fixed. Her son in law called who he uses in caldonia they came out and fixed it for 175.00. I consider this elder abuse and taking advantage of the elderly!

We've lived here for 10 months and they've come out twice - once to install under-sink shutoffs and fix a hard-to-pull shower handle, and again today to unclog the upstairs tub drain. Both times they were punctual, professional, and quick. Totally reasonable rates. Thanks guys!
