Absolutely horrific! Dr. John Villar was torturous to my son. He never explained the extent of the needed procedure. He spent over 5 minutes injecting the numbing medication causing my son to cry. We expected that to be the worst part of the procedure. No, it was over 90 minutes of continuous pain, grinding, and excessive pressure on my son's small jaw. RecommendedKentwood Dental Care was so kind and helpful though out the process of gettin my Crown. Doc got me numb right right, his assistant was so kind and comforting, and the lady at the desk went to bat for me and sought a price I could make work. Each one listed could tell I was nervous, but put my fears to ease in they own way. Thanks for makin a nerve-wracking experience, not that at all.
I have never met such an amazing bunch of people! From the 1st call asking if they accept new patients to gagging in the dental chair 🤣🤨! Id recommend this ofc to anyone! Very friendly and understanding!
