been sitting in the waiting area for almost 5 hours haven't even been to the back....this place is pure BS. We seriously need a better hospital
RecommendedThe location is convenient- the office does need to be redone. There are exposed pipes, the dressing room doors do not lock, the paint is either chipped or mismatched, there are cracks in the ceiling. You would never know you are in Beverly Hills from the way this place looks.

RecommendedI was treated so careingful by every department personnel. I wouldn't think of going any were else for my health care. All the nurses that took care of me during my stay were like a concerned family member.
My mother regrets stepping foot in Virginia Mason .. misdiagnosis from the beginning .. she walked in at 185 lbs . Had unnecessary surgery .. died with a feeding tube.. weighed 83 lbs when she passed.. Steve Bayles took her thyroid out over gerd.. pretty sickening .. drs were appalled as what happened to her 🍽.. they apologized to the family for the poor treatment she received .. pretty sickening ..
