RecommendedThey were on time. I arrived by the time they requested for my check-in, and they called me right at the time of my apoointment. Usually for such tests I've been jept waitning for a long time for what has been a very short procedure. I appreciate that they respected my time.

Made an online apt. for my son that has been really sick for the past couple of days. I waited for an hour without being seen from the doctor. I had a family emergency and we had to leave the urgent care facility for 8 mins. We came right back and was told we had to wait all over as a standby by for my son to be seen. I was livid! Never again would I ever come back to this Dignity Urgent Care. Whoever runs the back is cruel and heartless and I would never recommend this place again! RecommendedI had a minor medical emergency on Christmas Eve. The surgeon on call called me about 5 pm. She spoke with me about 20 minutes, put in orders for 2 prescriptions, and made sure all my questions were answered. I'm a breast cancer survivor with some additional health issues recently, and this type of follow up was so greatly appreciated! I'm always well taken care of at VM and this just reinforces this for me. I highly recommend VM for any and all health services!
