The nurse responsible for COVID 19 screenings is horrible to deal with. My mom was discharged today and her floor nurse told me to pull up to the ER doors, park, and come back upstairs to help with bringing my mom down. I explained this all to this woman, and she told me that no, I had to wait in my car. I told her that her nurses said they where waiting for me to come back up to her room before they brought her down. She said 'ok fine' in the rudest tone. I really dont know where to start ......Our 20 mo granddaughter fell and either knocked out her front teeth or they were shoved up in gums.... we dont know because they didnt get to see a Dr. .....waited 5 hours with a baby bleeding from her mouth and crying in pain. No assistance from anyone....left about 2:00 am after giving up on seeing a Dr. This practice is just not acceptable!

so disappointed in this facility... livid is actually more like it. I sat there today and listened to a lady cry moan and beg for someone to help her. Apparently she was there a couple days ago for a broken leg and after xrays was sent home. only to be transported back today and after another x-ray it was discovered that yes!!- her leg was broken. Can’t recommend a hospital who employs such racist and inconsiderate people. We already know there are disparities in the care black men and women receive in the healthcare system. Hospitals should be working to educate their employees on this issue and getting rid of people like this. I’ll be making sure my family and friends get quality care elsewhere.

watchout for this "hospital", they steal personal property, then that'll double bill you.
“Dignity” Health states that “Heroes Work Here.” How is this kind of behavior in line with being a “hero” or having any “dignity” at all? We have to hold our medical care providers to a higher standard and your employee sharing images like this on social media will absolutely solidify my decision to go elsewhere for medical services.
