RecommendedHave been several times for multiple physical reasons and the care seemed as good as it could be. They aren’t able to treat all conditions such as heart failure but being part of the multi care system, they can quickly assess the situation and get you to a hospital that is better equipped to deal with your illness. All of my nurses, doctors, were always kind and caring. Unlike most hospitals, they actually have very good food and variety of choices for every meal.
RecommendedMy Dad has the best doctor ever, he is Awesome. Dr. Clemmons , we just love him. The world needs more doctors just like him. He definitely is GOD SENT. Thank You, Dr Clemmons.
I am a parapalegic and was bought in by ambulance for heart problems and parked in the triage waiting room in a locked wheelchair for over two hours, unable to move myself. I had to call the ER room 3 times to ask someone to come take me to the bathroom. I asked a RN for help and she told me she would send someone, no one came. From the time I came in, I was told I would be triaged and taken to the bathroom, no one ever did!!!! no one spoke to me!!! My daughter came 32 miles to take me to the bathroom and then we left. The Urology team is terrific! I was contacted by the urology team, because of what the doctor saw. I never made mention to him of anything neurological but it all came together in the imaging that was ordered. The Neuroscience Institute sucks big time! My primary care team away from Virginia Mason contacted the VM team without my consent. Dr. McMarthy couldn't find any reason for an "active lesion" on the spinal cord. RecommendedEveryone was amazing with Abby. She was so scared when we first got there but Everyone was so awesome and they helped her calm down and she did amazing.
My daughter went there with chest pains to the ER. Waited two hours and never was taken back. Not impressed.
If what I’ve experienced is their ‘Standard of Care’ they have a long ways to go. I say this as a retired healthcare worker with 30+ yrs working directly with patients. The support staff trying to schedule seem more in tune with my care than the Providers whom clearly don’t even bother themselves with reviewing their patients history before entering the room :(
