Arrived at 9:45 for a 10 O'Clock checkin. Had a 10:15 appointment, went back at 10:35 to have Mammogram and an Ultrasound done. Once I got in for the Ultra Sound I was told that an Emergency came up and that is why the delay. I think the Emrgency was there lunch as I saw patients come and go. Bathroom by the waiting area had a sign OUT OF SERVICE but Employees used it! Patient restroom was at the other end of the hall. Finally left at 1:25.
