They always make life ending mistakes ... with that said I used to work here and I’ve seen so many mistakes made they almost killed my favorite person in the whole world there incompetent lazy and very little care plus it takes hours with nobody helping you or anyone else for that matter I do not recommend this hospital at all
Recommendedall my nurses and delivery doctor were friendly nice and caring especially my nurse eva took time to help me take professional pictures of my baby she did an amazing job

horrible hospital,had a very bad sinus infection and went to ER, all they did was give me something for nausea ended up going somewhere else, got antibiotics and got better. they did nothing and I was so sick I barely knew where I was. never again
RecommendedI would recommend their heart institute. Also i was on 8th flr for a procedure and stayed a couple of days. My day nurse was Heather and she was awesome. Now the oncology waiting room is another matter. Has no one ever noticed the smell? Smells like buring rubber and BO. I would never get treatment there:(. I dont know how rhe front desk staff or people waiting can stand it.

RecommendedI had emergency cervical, thoracic spine surgery in January. The Drs were amazing as were the nursing staff. I had so much fun with the nurses, they were professional but we had fun! I ended up with an infection under one staple and had to return several times but was taken such good care of!

Have NOT had a good experience. Especially when it comes to knowing results of labs. The nurse triage line is a joke. Going on 3 weeks with no callback regarding lab work done.
