We have been here for going on 2 hours. You would think things would run a little bit more smoothly considering this is a place for HELP, whether it be from drugs or demons taking over. They have only triaged 1 person! Why should people needing immediate help from these demons have to wait 2 (or could be more) hours to even be triaged!
These ppl are really nice and are actually there to help
I took my 15 year old son up there for drug treatment and mental treatment and they said he only qualified for out patient. The person who assessed him only asked my son questions never asked me and went by what my son said. It took me a month to get him back up there from last time the tried out patient he wouldnt do it they said to get him back in there and they would make him in patient and a month later the same thing. Its like they have no help for a child unless he is on herion or meth my son smokes pot and takes xanax... read more
I have been to OLOP at least 6 times and every time I was treated with respect.
I order there for depression and attempted suicide. It was the worst place ever very rude staff And did not receive any treatment whatsoever . Don't. Send your love ones there.it's feels like your in prison and not a hospital. WORST. PLACE EVER
You read all the bad things about this place and I too admit I got caught up in that. I was there last month battling anxiety and depression and that place changed my life. Had I not have went, I honestly dont know where Id be in my life right now. I want to thank everyone on 2 Lourdes for their exceptional care and concern, and to my man David on 2 Lourdes for the extremely helpful advice. Im here to say I made it!!!
With all the trash talk i see i would like to say yall saved my life and David from 2 North Lourdes helped me realize alot and im thankful for your staff..
