Only reason I'm giving a 1 is so I can type. I'm disgusted with how my 3 month old niece was treated tonight! Not only was she crying but her momma was in tears as well. A nurse applied a catheter then asked another nurse if it was in the right spot! Shouldn't she have known that answer?? � If it wasn't correct my baby niece would have went through more pain! They didn't even do a strep test when u can see the white spots on my throat! They r only treating me for an ear infection! They treat people like crap! And they judge!
If I could give no stars I would! This place is an absolute joke! The doctor misdiagnosed my daughter and I had to take her elsewhere, but yet I have a $500 bill to pay. Also stated when I tried to dispute that the doctor swabbed my daughters throat to confirm strep which is BS! I GUESS YOU GUYS ALSO FALSIFY DOCUMENTS!
This E. R. Has the most amazing staff on night shift. It was very clean,caring and the best I have ever been too. It was like the way it used to be way back in the day when people still cared!
My experience was wonderful. All the nurses and doctors were great and very caring.
Very fast an efficient. First time going there. Everyone was very friendly.
