I have been with LG&E for over 3 decades. In the past years, they swope out smart meters on many of my rental properties without sending me a noticed. I passed it. However, I opted out and agreed to pay $29 per month for someone to come and read the meter monthly on my personal property for the reason that my tenants complained the utility bills are slightly higher than the old meters. Horrible customer service!! I have tried to call them 3 times and have waited on hold forever. Why did they close the E-town office. If you are going to have service in our area you should have a local office!!!!
Meter reading dude is a total jerk!
My boyfriend was denied access to a boat ride from his house that was flooded Kentucky Utilities workers refused and kept going to disconnect the power . They didn’t even offer to help him He was stranded. Meanwhile rescuers came thank God. The same Kentucky utilities workers offered to help the the rescuers. How ironic.
This company does not care about anything but it’s profits. They accidentally turned my electric off my mistake. I told them I had a sick person inside and need it turned on ASAP. It has been eight hours and they still have not turned my electric on and my family member is getting very sick. All this company cares about is money nothing else.
