Good staff, really helpful
“The customer service at the parts department is professional except that one person ( invoiced by jfabel ) was absolutely unacceptable. He was not only unhelpful but outright rude and unprofessional. I was spoken to with an angry tone when I asked simple questions, and they acted as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. Instead of trying to assist, they were dismissive and even sarcastic. I bought a part from these people and didn’t need it. When in the next to try and return and they didn’t want to refund me my money just because the box was open but the part was NEVER USED..! Make sure if purchasing from here it’s the correct part.
