This used to be a good practice. Now if you have an acute illness they just refer you to their urgent treatment clinic and do not attempt to get you in to see your normal provider. They now practice assembly line medicine and I do not recommend them.
I am super pleased with my care here. The physicians, nurses and support staff have been consistently caring and helpful. I have been a patient here for about 15 years, and really like my current physician, Dr. Ryan Brown. I really recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
Extremely long times between available appointments, long wait times, and doctors would rather let a patient with a mental illness go without their medication for a week than write a small script. Tried to get an appointment in September, nothing available til December. Life happened and I could not make my appointment. Nothing available until March.
