THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT, BUT THE LADIES THAT CHECK YOU IN ARE NOT TRUSTworthy. I WENT IN 3 MONTHS AND APPLIED FOR MY MEDICAL RECORDS. 30 DAYS LATER NO RECORDS, SO I WENT ON MY PORTAL AND APPLIED. 30 MORE DAYS LATER NO RECORDS. I CALLED TODAY, AND THE LADY SAID SHE WAS SENDING IT TO ME WITHIN 15 MINUTES. 24 HOURS LATER STILL NO RECORDS.
My husband had appointment on 9/15 at 11:15 am, due to unforseen circumstances I knew we would be late so I tried to call and was instructed to leave a message, which I did. A few minutes later I called again and was told by Vanessa if we were more than 15 minutes late he would not be seen. So we hauled ass and ended up walking in 18 minutes past appointment time.
