I had an appointment and was there on time for my appointment, however nobody told me I was supposed to be there early to fill out paperwork. They wouldn't let me see the doctor. They scheduled another one and I was in the hospital so I missed another appointment. Neither time was my fault but they won't take me as a patient now. I think it's very petty!!!
