I’ve been a patient here for years, but my experience today was the last straw. I drove over an hour for an urgent appointment after getting more than 50 tick bites. When my doctor’s office called me with a cancellation, the nurse told me it was fine if I arrived about 20 minutes late, just to call on my way.
