Staff knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate to a woman whose phobia makes eye exams difficult - Dr Meister is so kind and gentle as was well as the lady who initially checked my eyes and that was amazing to me how they strived to make my experience one that didn’t cause any panic at all. All in all just so happy with the care provided and would recommend to anyone coming to Ky Eye Institute for care. Thank you
