I had been reviewing Kentson for a while. Their car prices are fair and have good reviews. The guys were great, answered all my questions. I went in pre approved but they found me a better rate. Excited for my new car.

I purchased a vehicle from Kentson a few weeks ago and have put less than 300 miles on it. Within a couple of days of driving the vehicle, I noticed a significant rattle when playing music coming from the driver side door. I contacted a GMC dealer to service the vehicle, and it took about two weeks to get in based on their availability and mine - and was told once they were able to look at it that this is a known issue with the window switch and that GMC engineering is working on a resolution.
