Was in town from Dallas visiting Daughter. Was ready to spend $200-300 bucks on a leather jacket for her...no one....no one stepped in to greet, let alone ask if they could help find us something, bought one T-shirt. Won’t be back, maybe y’all should visit some of our dealerships in DFW to learn about customer service?

I am not happy with Kent's Harley Davidson my brother has cancer we are doing a benefit fundraising event to help with Bill's he has a family to provide for and Bill's to pay he is young and needs help to get through this we asked Kent's to help out and donate something to help are family is Harley owners and riders and Kent's said no they will not cause we are not having the event in Abilene now that is just dumb business if u ask me alot ame I mean alot of people from down here are going to the event and from all over it w... read more
