First time customer. Bought some hand grips and a vest, cell phone phone holder as a second thought while I was there. (1st and 3rd they installed). They made me feel like I was a long - time customer and even threw in a wash while I wasn’t looking. Made me feel right to home. Will spend more of my dollars at Kent’s.
This morning I made a call to the parts department and talked with Mike. He was extremely helpful. He told me exactly what I needed. He placed my order and soon I will be back on the road. Thanks Mike!
These guys saved me. Broke down in Merkel. They towed me in and fixed my bike in a day. Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.

A little disappointed in the Service department at Kent's. Called 5 times over 3 days trying to schedule my bike for scheduled maintenance. Was either put on hold and told to call back or was told I would get a call back and that never happened. Called Big Springs Harley and was scheduled on the first call. They were able to fit both me and my wife bike for service today. Kent's needs to hire more employees in their service department.
Best Motorcycle Dealership I have ever been to. Great bunch of people, great techs to take care of your bike, great sales staff, great parts folks. Special recognition to Mike Gates who is great at helping you make your Harley your own and Steve Hood store manager. Always say this place is like Cheers the tv sitcom, a place you can go where everyone knows your name
