My first time in this place and it was terrible customer service. No one acknowledged us from the time we walked in and one girl walked by telling us about the sales but we didn’t even know she was talking to us . Definitely won’t be back to this shop again . My plan was to purchase another bike but no salesman came out to help . Less then zero stars for this place . That’s what happens when you mix Honda Suzuki and Harley shop together .

My boyfriend pulled up today, Saturday, June 6, 2020, with a back tire that was shredding. They said it would be two weeks before they could “get to him”. He was from out of town! WTF Kent’s! Way to take care of fellow riders! It was a TIRE, not CAM SWAP! Our fellow riders stated they will never go back there!
