HAVE MORE STAFF, MAKE SURE THE POOL CLEAN AT ALL TIME IN SUMMER.HAVE SOMEONE THERE JUST FOR THE POOL, HAVE ONE OR TWO PEOPLE EVERYDAY THERE OUT SIDE SO THEY CAN ANSWER ANYTHING COME UP.
WILL NOT GO BACK TO KENTON CO.! The one girl at the desk & Killian were extremely nice. Killian was so encouraging when my granddaughter took her test. BUT. pool was closed so much in beginning. Today we were told that my granddaughters 4 & 6 had to be arms length away from us at all time even with puddle jumpers on. We had 2 adults watching them. We were throwing them in front of us but that was too far because it was more than an arms length. It would have been better to save the 200.00 & let them play in the bath tub. Fel... read more
I call before going because its always randomly closed. A few times they say they are opened then I get there and its closed to balance chemicals! Needs to be more organized
