As Mother’s Day approaches, I went into this florist today to buy a single rose for my mum, who sadly passed away last September. I wanted something beautiful and meaningful to place beside her photographs on Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but thoughtful or caring. I felt rushed while trying to choose a rose, and was hurried into picking one from a bunch rather than being given the chance to properly select one.
