The fine friendly, compassionate care. With the DR and his hygienist . It was a very pleasant experience today and I will be returning for future visits
The entire staff including Holly, Rosie, and Dr. Melbourne showed extreme care when I came in due to a potentially serious condition.Even though they didn’t have an appointment available right away, when I explained my situation and how scared I was, Holly worked me into the schedule the same day. They went out of their way to show care and concern for me, and helped to ease my anxiety.I highly recommend Dr. Melbourne and his team to anyone. Outstanding care!
He got me over some major problems with dentists in the past just with his demeanor and care. There is no one else I will ever go to but him
It was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. The office environment will at times seem hostile, the employees don't appear to be happy to be there. Dr. Melbourne's wife is the office manager which is not a good practice there. I literally saw them arguing on 2 occasions. The employees seem depressed to even be there. Dr Melbourne was extremely compassionate and willing to help, however the office manager was horrible. Her level of communication was deplorable.I was denied treatment although my return visit was due to an infection and dry socket from treatment 6 days prior.She demanded payment prior to a bill being generated, & refused to allow care. She obstructed me from seeing him. I’m sure the dr was unaware of the incident. This standard of care is unacceptable.
I worked out a deal with them and for periodontal treatment and I paid in full for a rooting and scaling procedure. The time came for the the second half of the procedure and they tried charging me additional fees that did not exist before. Additionally, where he injected me on the first half of the procedure became infected, my medical doctor cleared it up with amoxicillin. This establishment dodged my phone calls and said Dr. Melbourne was on vacation. Please do not waste your money here
