I had a horrible experience with one of your doctors this morning. I was referred to your clinic yesterday and amazingly was able to get an appointment scheduled for today. The gal on the phone who scheduled me was kind! The gal at the front with long blonde hair was kind! The gal who took me to my exam room, Renee, was kind! Then Dr. Heady came into my room. How was my experience? Not good....not good at all! He did an additional procedure while I was under anesthesia that he had previously told me he would NOT need to do.. Recovery was amazingly painful and slow. A year and a half out, and I'm still suffering. I will not return nor recommend him to anyone!

Knife happy jerk that did not explain anything except - "we have to have surgery right away. Thankfully I got another opinion and have had no surgery and my wound is 10% healed with no infection. CAUTION!!!!

The staff was always nice and respectful but the therapist gave up early on me as not the correct course for healing - I agreed and we stopped appointments (paid by the VA - I am a disabled vet on outpatient community care to help with back pain). They marked me as a no-show and then charged my account $25 for the no-show. This month they reported me to credit bureaus for SERIOUSLY DELINQUENT $25!!! Are you freaking kidding me???? They destroyed my credit over $25 they think they are owed when i

I don't know where to start. Waited for 45 minutes and then the doctor came in. My time is just as valuable as his!!! He spent a total of four minutes with me, didn't look at the x-rays, and determined I should come back in four weeks. This is after being out of commission for six weeks. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! It's a waste of time, money, and patience!!! Extremely aggravated!!!

had him do foot reconstruction for cavus. After initial exam we had more questions, went back the same day (couple of hours later) and they worked us in so we could ask our questions. I asked if another foot surgeon on staff could look at x-rays and confirm the diagnosis, maybe give a second opinion, and they did so with no questions. Had no problems post surgery and will have no questions about him doing my other foot.; Very concise in his diagnosis and plan of action to take care of the issue.

Called office to schedule appointment for second opinion for Jones fracture. Advised he would look at my records and stated then decide if they would consider giving me a second opinion in a very snotty manner. I will not be going there

My experience with him was horrible he took me into surgery done surgery didn't do what he said he was going to do and I had to go to another surgeon to get it fixed the proper way.

Getting a 2nd opinion. Not sure he even looked at what has been previously done here. Took new x-rays even though others were done less that 10 days prior to this visit. Braces, boots, etc. prescribed and already attempted with previous doctor. But I'm giving him a go at it. My problem has been ongoing for some time. I need surgery and it seems that each new guy wants to try everything himself for another 10+ months of pain. I think we just need to go directly to surgery and get it overwith.
