Not a very good experience at all. I don’t think they care too much about making you comfortable and they’re fine sending you home in pain with zero after care instructions. I had a very painful internal stye that I’m pretty sure was infected. Dr Bassett performed surgery on it by giving me local anesthetic (numbing solution) with a needle on my already painful eyelid. The numbing stuff gave me horrible anxiety and I started to have a panic attack during the numbing part, but he didn’t seem to care. He flipped my eye lid ove... read more
Just had cataract surgery and highly recommend Dr. Bassett. He is very thorough in explaining the process and expected outcome. He has a calm and reassuring presence and takes the time to answer your questions.
