I was in and out fairly quickly the woman who showed me how to use the sleep test was very informative and made it very easy to use would definitely recommend
I highly recommend Kent sleep lab. Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Marcy went over and above to answer any of my questions, feel safe and help me get items I forgot to bring. Enjoyed my free breakfast at Kent hospital cafeteria. The cafeteria staff were friendly and accommodating to explain the voucher choices. Good variety of food to choose from.
Im sure everyone else is fine and the lab is good but the one person i spoke to was so rude it was unbelievable. I dont go out of my way to write reveiws like this but that was insane i simply wanted information and this nurse or cna whoever it was gave me such an attitude for no reason. Not my fault you hate your life lady sorry not sorry.
I had the most wonderful time considering this was not something I do for fun. Jen is the best at what she does and I am so happy I was in her care last night. Everything was explained to me as we went along, so I had no questions or concerns. I usually have 80+ apneas a night and she got me down to zero with the right mask. I highly recommend Kent for the Sleep lab. And Jen, thank you again for a great experience.
I was at the sleep lab last night. My tech was great. The place was clean and comfortable. On the negative side, the mattress needs replacing, very old school design, and the shower is slippery.
