just say no! I thought that these apartments would be great when i moved here a few months prior, thank the lord for a 6 month lease, maintenance is quick but they only do patch work, the leasing office is very unorganized. I have already been apartment shopping since month # 2 that I have lived here
Apartment The apartment is great and the staff is amazing everyone there is so helpful. I will recommend to all my friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived here since January 2014 and I love it. The off staff are phenomenal along with the Maintenance crew. By far, this is the best county townhomes that I have lived in compared to Hazelwood and Unincorporated areas. I would refer anyone to Kensington Square. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
