DO NOT live here. This is the worst building in NJ and the management is horrible. There are sooo many reasons why and I have listed them below. In addition, there are way nicer buildings in the area, with better management and amenities that you will enjoy a lot more. My experience at the Kensington has been very rewarding. Starting with Tara, the concierge executive who greets residents with a friendly smile. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional with her services for the tenants. I highly recommend her and her efforts to accommodate the residents. Also, for being the face of Kensington Place too.
