Just went through intake earlier today and I have never had an experience quite like this at a MAT program. Everyone there was so nice and down to earth and seemed to be genuinely interested in my well-being! From the security guard at the front door, all the way up to and including Doctor Matt. This experience has me excited to be a part of the program and I can't wait to see what is in store for me there. The worst ever now, since they moved.
Happy with the intake process and the size of the program itself. The fact that the client base is smaller compared to other programs in the area suggests that the patient and staff interaction is more significant and involved which supports a healthy recovery. In my opinion. Thanks
