Very Unprofessional The people they hire are inexperienced and it only shows they want profets over qualtity of service.
Messy The property looks like trash. The yard is all full of weeds in the grass is really really high. Looks like no one is taking care of this property.
Parkway Place This is a really nice place to live. The apartments are beautiful with a really nice view. The office staff so professional and super nice. We always received fast respond from maintenance. I used to live there almost for two years.
Definitely recommend The negetive reviews are ridiculous. You can look up any utopia apartment complex & there will always be someone on there complaining like its the worst. Smh. Ima give yall a REAL review. Im a single mom who moved here on my own when i was 28. The apartment was in great condition & management was ehh-ok, pleasent but basic greets basic help etc.. fast forward a couple years, & new management stepped in. AMAZING STAFF! The staff here was absolutely amazing! Cynthia, Michelle, Lynn and Aaron were amazing! They helped me so much and made sure that my move in was as easy as it could be! I am so grateful and thankful! I would DEFINITELY recommend!
I Hear My Neighbor Snoring through the walls! I moved here over 6 years ago and the place has gotten worse. The management never fixes anything, you put in a service request and no ever comes to fix anything. I can hear my neighbor snoring threw the walls. They used to have landscapers come and clean the area but now they barely come and the area looks dirty most of the time. Great place to call home When it comes to Rippowam Park Apartments application process Miriam is the best person who to reach out to she gets the work done and she’s nice and such a sweet person who explains the process thoroughly everyone in the office are friendly. I directly worked with Miriam and she helped me to the end with my paperwork and she’s also very responsive. Miriam I can’t thank you enough for what you have done for me and my family.
Great leasing agent! I can’t say enough about Miriam, the leasing agent I was working with. All of the ladies in the leasing office were very courteous and pleasant. Miriam worked diligently on my application, showed us around the area provided us with all the social happenings of downtown Stamford. Although, our income exceeded the guidelines and we were denied, I still had a wonderful experience with the staff at Rippowam park apartments.
Parkway place This is a beautiful complex both inside and out. The office staff is very professional and the property manager Jennifer was very nice and answered all of my questions. When I had an issue with my unit it was taken care of immediately!!!! Eric, the maintenance supervisor did a follow up to ensure everything was working properly. A very well run apartment complex
