I walked in and inquired about whether or not Kensington Apartments worked with housing/section 8 and all I got in response was a jaw drop. Like I had the audacity to even ask? I was incredibly embarrassed and humiliated. I am ashamed in the upper class and their pompous attitude towards anyone they feel is below them. Society is going to hell in a hand basket and EVERYONE is needing some form of help these days. The amenities are great and the staff are wonderful! It's a great place!
We love living at the Kensington! The facilities are so nice and new. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is amazing! The staff are friendly and helpful. In regards to some of the negative reviews: yes, this is a new and developing apartment complex, and as such there are still some things in progress (trash receptacles, dog park, etc.). That is to be expected with any new complex. We have had a wonderful experience here, and I would definitely recommend it!
We just moved in after waiting 6 months , and so far everything has exceeded our expectations.
Called to begin applying for the apartment told one price. Then applied, there is an additional charge for everything plus mandatory monthly fees that they aren't including in the rent. So an apartment that is listed at $825 will actually cost you $1,025 a month so do not rent here. Plus I've tried for a week now to get someone on the phone to speak to and have called 8 times with no luck. I wouldn't ever recommend someone live here.
Customer service has been AMAZING! We are so excited to move into this beautiful place at such an incredible location!
We can't wait to be their. The staff is so nice Julie is very polite . Love all the great amenities and the location is perfect walking distance to supermarkets,resturants,spas and much more. The Place is AWSOME ! You need to stop by check the place out.
Love living here! The staff in the office are very kind and they always give my dog a treat when we come in to check our mail every other day.
