Pro: Great Location and Great landlords. Very safe and close to shopping and food. Has Dog park, pool, saunas, hot tub. Cons: No backyards & Hot tub closes at 10pm
We recently attended a super fun Halloween party put on by the staff here at the Kensington. Not only did they spoil the residents with goodies and pizza, but they decorated and took the time to make goody bags for the kids. The staff dressed up, decorated cookies and hosted a fabulous party for Halloween 2018! Our son had the time of his life with other kids here at The Kensington and we enjoyed time with new friends and residents who reside here as our neighbors. Located in a great neighborhood! The Foothills, the Greenbelt, movie theater, shopping... Music venues, restaurants, ballpark and so much more - all easy access! The landscaping and grounds are well-maintained and kept fresh by adding some new features (additional BBQ cabana & bike racks).
